After undergoing any type of surgery there will be trauma, causing inflammation and pain, and limited movement. So, it is important to get moving as soon as possible, with postoperative physiotherapy playing a key role in your rehabilitation.
Once you have been discharged from hospital, we recommend starting physiotherapy as soon as possible. We also offer home visits with gentle physiotherapy tailored to the needs of your body. We will help to ease the pain and give you back control of your body.
