How many sessions will I need?

Every patient is individual and we approach you as such. At your initial consultation you will have a full assessment and the Physiotherapist will discuss with you how many appointments you may need for the best outcome, what they feel to be the best treatment plan for you, and how often you might need to attend.

Can I put this through my insurance?

We are recognised and covered by most UK private medical insurers. Please speak to us directly to discuss in more detail.

What can I expect from a session?

Your first appointment, usually an hour, comprises a full assessment, with diagnosis of the problem, treatment of symptoms, and the first stage of an exercise plan.

What should I wear?

We recommend loose, comfortable clothing which enables you to move freely during the assessment. Please note that it may be necessary for the Physio to directly observe the affected area and to treat it. You are more than welcome to bring a chaperone if you wish.

How soon can I come in?

We offer early and late appointments, as well as Sundays. in order to accommodate our patients’ busy schedules. We can often see you within 24-48 hours of your initial enquiry. Please be in touch for further details.

How do I get to you?

We are conveniently situated halfway between Edgware Station (Northern Line) and Mill Hill Broadway (Thameslink), and we are also on the 221 and 240 bus routes.

Can I park nearby?

Yes, The Green Clinic is located in a non-restricted residential road with plenty of free parking.

Can I bring a friend/relative as chaperone or moral support?

Of course – our Clinic room is large enough for you to be accompanied by a friend or relative.

Do you offer home visits?

We do offer home visits within a 10-mile radius. Home visits are subject to additional charges – please speak to us to discuss your individual requirements.
